The Lagan Group of companies is one of Ireland’s largest privately-owned building
materials, engineering and construction groups. Lagan Homes has been a key player
on the Northern Ireland property scene since 1983 and has recently entered the English
marketplace with developments from Milton Keynes to Redditch.
Magnetize were chosen to develop the new website for the England division of Lagan
Homes and the first phase of the site is now live.

Strong Marketing Focus
The main aim of the Lagan Homes website is to sell houses and the site is a working marketing tool. Therefore, the site has been built with the clear goal of communicating core marketing messages to the visitor. Carefully placed calls to action have been included throughout the site, offering visitors a full range of communication options to suit their preferences including call backs, brochure downloads and printed brochure requests.
Several areas of the site are dedicated to highlighting key marketing messages which guide the visitor towards taking one of a number of opportunities to contact the company. These messages are refreshed on a regular basis.
Specifically Targeting the Right Audience
Each development by Lagan Homes England has its own personality and is aimed at a specific type of homeowner. To reflect this, Magnetize have designed the site architecture to include mini-sites for each individual development, which allows the imagery and content to appeal to the right target audience whilst maintaining the overall Lagan brand image.
Future Developments
The Magnetize team are now looking forward to the future evolution of the website. Future additions to the site include an exciting new interactive development plan, allowing visitors to navigate through an attractive virtual development showing house locations, types, prices and availability, all instantly updatable by the client using the Magnetize BOS technology.
An Ongoing Relationship
Magnetize are pleased to be involved in a long-term working relationship with Lagan Homes. The company’s England division is growing fast and will require up to seven new mini-sites a year to keep apace with their developments. In addition, we have recently won the contract to create another site for Lagan Homes, this time for their Northern Ireland and Scotland operations.
